Coach Pablo Stkacz, Sports Director & Owner of EFAO, and Coach Oriol, the first Spanish coach to join EFAO for several months in 2020, continue expanding their network and learning from fellow coaches. From May 28 to June 3, 2024, Coach Pablo and Coach Oriol had an exceptional experience with Inter Miami CF, thanks to an invitation from Gerardo "Tata" Martino, the current coach of Inter Miami CF.

During this insightful visit, Coach Pablo demonstrated professionalism by engaging with the technical staff, enriching discussions, and enjoying breakfast with David Beckham. Despite strict security measures preventing personal photos, the club staff captured unforgettable moments.
A standout highlight was seeing Tata Martino's tactical board featuring Messi, Suárez, Busquets, and Jordi Alba. While watching stars like Messi was thrilling, the lasting impression was the warmth and professionalism throughout the experience.
