Last weekend, from December 7th to 8th, the European Football Academy Okinawa (EFAO) proudly continued its international journey by sending its U12 and U10 teams to the Thailand International Youth Cup in Pattaya for the second consecutive year.
This prestigious tournament witnessed 133 teams competing in a staggering 603 matches across two days! The competition was fierce, with both the U12 (24 teams) and U10 (24 teams) age groups facing some of the toughest young talent from across the region.
While the final results may vary, we observed a significant improvement in our teams' performance compared to last year. The players faced new challenges on the field and gained invaluable life lessons both on and off the pitch.
Beyond the thrilling matches, the EFAO families also had the opportunity to explore the vibrant city of Pattaya. They enjoyed the beautiful beaches and immersed themselves in the rich local culture.
We are incredibly proud of our players for their hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. This incredible experience will undoubtedly contribute significantly to their growth as young footballers and individuals.
Exciting international tournaments are coming in 2025!
Stay tuned for more information!
