Our aim is to develop confident and creative players while learning life skills such as being respectful, resilient, and have a positive attitude. All values that are enclosed in Coerver’s coaching methodology.
Coerver's Methodology
The Coerver Coaching method was created by Dutch coach Wiel Coerver who developed a six-levels pyramidal structure with individual Ball Mastery skills as the foundation of football coaching.
Personal Values & Football
Through football, EFAO players learn to assimilate values such as respect, empathy, responsibility, and above all, TEAMWORK.
